Our Trainers
BlueLabs MaxIT employs topnotch resources to train the students in new technologies. We have an in-house team which plans, develops and implements the instructional strategy. Handouts, training materials and necessary tutorials on each topic are prepared by IT industry experts and the curriculum is frequently updated to meet the growing needs of the software industry. Our instructors too are given training whenever we add a new module to our curriculum.
Topics will be covered by the trainers in a systematic and clear manner by illustrating proper examples. We employ instructors with good communication and presentation skills; the number of students in each batch is restricted to ensure one-on-one interaction with students. Our trainers are not just instructors; they assess each student’s strengths and weaknesses and act as a mentor to instil confidence in them.
Apart from the regular instructors, experienced resources from BlueLabs Technology Solutions will also train the students. Their years of academic and industrial experience in handling projects of complex nature will be properly utilized in the training sessions. There are certified professionals on board, who have delivered technological solutions to many a high profile client and they are capable of bringing their real work knowledge to the classrooms.
