  TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1 By submitting the application for training, the trainees are entering into a written agreement with BlueLabs MaxIT
2 There will be no refund of the course fee after the commencement of the course, in any circumstances.
3 The course fee includes the fee for course notes and other course materials, facility usage, examination and attendance certificate, unless otherwise stated.
4 BlueLabs MaxIT must be informed in writing, incase the candidate desires to withdraw from the course.
5 Students who enroll after the start date of the course will not be given any reduction in the course fee.
6 BlueLabs MaxIT reserves the right to inform any professional body regarding the non-payment of tuition fees.
7 Change of course after confirmation of admission is not usually permitted, unless BlueLabs MaxIT is convinced of the need for it. In such instances, an administration charge will be levied in addition to the adjustment in the course fee.
8 Students must make every effort to attend the full lecture programme. They must also inform the authorities of BlueLabs MaxIT in writing, in case of absence.
9 Lectures and any other activities at BlueLabs MaxIT should not to be recorded using any media without the prior written consent from BlueLabs MaxIT authorities.
10 BlueLabs MaxIT reserves the right to remove students from a programme on grounds of gross misconduct.
11 BlueLabs MaxIT reserves the right to change the lecturers, dates and venue of the course at any time.
12 BlueLabs MaxIT reserves the right to change the course fees from time to time.
13 Bluelabs MaxIT reserves the right to make appropriate changes to the course timetable and content or to cancel a course due to circumstances beyond its control.
14 This policy comes into effect from 1 December 2009. BlueLabs MaxIT reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time.
15 All intellectual property rights of the course materials is owned by BlueLabs MaxIT and therefore any duplication in whole or in part of these materials is strictly prohibited.
